What can I expect when I buy one of the packages?

Basic Package:
During our intake we will first ask you to fill out a form which will help us to determine which logo styles you prefer. We will also research your brand. With the collected info, we will design one initial concept for you. We will send it to you once it's finished and will ask for your feedback. With that feedback we will create the final version of the logo for you.

Premium Package:
During our intake we will first ask you to fill out a form which will help us to determine which logo styles you prefer. We will also research your brand. With the collected info, we will design three initial concepts for you. We will send them to you once they are finished and will ask for your feedback. With that feedback we will improve one of the three initial designs. We will send it to you again and ask for your feedback. With that feedback we will create the final version of the logo for you.

Both packages include extra revisions if needed to make sure you will be happy with the end result.

What if I have my own idea for a logo design?

When you fill out the form during our intake there is room tell us about any ideas you might have. Otherwise you can always contact us beforehand.

Can you redo my existing logo design?

Yes. Please contact us about this and we will be happy to help.

What if I don't like the initial logo design(s)?

We will provide you with a free redraw session which means you get a completely fresh design.

What if I don't like my logo after the 2 (or 5) revisions of the initial concept from the package?

We aim to please, so we will do everything possible to give you the perfect logo. If an extra revisions if needed to make you happy we will make that work.

In which file formats will I receive my final logo design?

You will receive your logo in the following file formats: PNG-24 (transparent), JPEG and in scalable vector files (PDF and EPS)

If you need your logo to have a specific size we are also happy to help.

What is a vector file?

A vector file is a file that you can resize, scale and even change colours or fonts of without loosing any quality or resolution on your image. Vector files are mostly used by professional designers or print shops.

Who keeps the rights of the created logo design(s)?

You keep all the rights of the logo(s) we design for you.

Why does the color change slightly when I view the logo on different monitors/devices?

The color you see on the screen depends on the monitor/device you use and the settings it has. There is no way to create a file that will show exactly the same color on all the screens and devices.
